Hello, I’m Ron Haddock. Thanks for finding my website! I hope it has the information and tools your looking for.If your looking for one of those magic wands that wipes away fat, good luck. I can’t find it either, however if your looking for information to make some good choices and get on with the plan of either losing weight or getting fit, you have come to the right place.

I am real busy and I just want the diet generator to build me a 11 day plan and be able to customize it each time. The plan also calls for a break after 11 days where you can eat your favorite foods. I found that after 11 days of following the program I had a handle on my eating habits and could enjoy my favorite foods without going crazy.
